The Process
Grout-Mix Piling is a soil improvement technique which involves drilling into the ground using a top drive electrical auger, while simultaneously pumping cement grout into the bore. The rotation of the auger acts as mechanical agitation which mixes the cement grout with the in-situ soil. When completed, the auger is withdrawn by rotating in reverse direction, leaving a cement slurry column.

Usage & Advantages
This method is innovative, efficient, economical and has high versatility which allows it to be used as foundation support for light structures, to prevent ground heaving, as earth retaining walls and for strengthening of embankments.
