The Process
Evolving from the Screw Spun Piling method, the Press Grouted Spun Piling technique involves a process similar to the former and similarly reduces noise pollution and excessive vibration. However after the final steps of removing the electrical auger, the spun piles are tapped into the ground using a hydraulic hammer.

Usage & Advantages
As the spun pile is tapped into the grouted soil, shaft friction and end bearing capacity is enhanced, resulting in higher load carrying capacities of the pile as compared to the screwed spun piling method. With the same amount of load, this method uses lesser concrete than the screw spun piling method, which translates into higher cost savings and greater ecological preservation.
